Inner Transformation:
An Introduction to Interspirituality

This short, self-paced course explores what it means to tend to your spiritual life — and why it matters for how we treat each other and the world. Grounded in the wisdom of diverse spiritual traditions, it's an invitation to deepen your inner life at your own pace.

Who is this course for?
  • Anyone drawn to the inner life: whether you follow a particular tradition, draw from many, or don't identify with any.
  • Those looking to deepen an existing practice.
  • Those curious about what other traditions have learned.
  • Anyone who senses the wisdom they need might not be contained in a single place.
No background in spirituality or religion is required.

About the course

Inner Transformation: An Introduction to Interspirituality is a self-paced online course from ProSocial World that invites you to explore your inner life and consider how it connects to the world around you.

The course starts from a simple but profound idea: that our spiritual evolution, individually and collectively, matters more than we might realise. The way we move through the world — how we treat each other, how we care for other living beings, how we respond to injustice — is shaped by something deeper than habit or intention. This course is an invitation to tend to that deeper place.

Over about 90 minutes, the course moves through three themes, each explored through short videos, poems, reflection, and simple practices for carrying the ideas into daily life:

  • Interconnectedness: what it means to recognise our fundamental belonging to each other and to the world
  • Inner Transformation: the practices and orientations that support genuine inner growth
  • Social Engagement: how a deepened inner life calls us outward, toward justice, care, and service

The course draws on Dr. Wayne Teasdale's Nine Elements of Universal Spirituality, developed over decades of interspiritual practice and dialogue, and on the broader idea that the world's traditions —for all their differences— share something essential about what it means to grow as a human being.
