We're changing how we change.

  • Group Frameworks

21st-century groups need new frameworks to build fair and inclusive communities. Prosocial Spirituality training helps groups reframe the way they cooperate with one another and collaborate with other groups.

  • Training Program

This 8-week virtual training based on Elinor Ostrom's Nobel prize-winning design principles and Wayne Teasdale's Nine Elements of Universal Spirituality engages scientifically-derived methodologies grounded in contemplative practice.

  • Registration is Open

Training for groups comprised of 3 to 10 members is currently being funded by the Templeton Religion Trust. Together, we will explore Prosocial Spirituality's guiding principles and develop ways to apply them to our everyday lives.

Is your group ready to evolve?

Let science and spirituality be your guide.

By strengthening the horizontal plane of social cohesion and deepening the vertical dimension of inner transformation, Prosocial Spirituality helps all types of groups adapt and thrive.

Cohorts are forming now.

If you'd like to explore how your group might benefit from Prosocial Spirituality's hybrid training program, contact Kate Sheehan Roach at kate@contemplativelife.org to begin the conversation.

  • Does your group want to develop a shared sense of purpose, embrace evolutionary change, and cultivate spiritual depth and maturity?

  • Are 3 to 10 members of your group available to attend 8 training sessions via Zoom, engage in daily spiritual practice, and contemplate weekly reflection questions?

  • Would your group like to become part of an ongoing community of Prosocial Spirituality alumni through the Prosocial World network?
