Dates and Times

Many facilitators who have come to learn with the Prosocial Method of community building and collaborative decision-making have asked us for some foundational skills training in Facilitation. Prosocial has therefore partnered with wwwZenergyglobal.com.au to offer a Foundations Program in Whole-Person Group Facilitation.

The program is called: "Expand your Facilitation Toolkit" and is a practical training to practice and learn some foundational frameworks and principles in group facilitation.

Your Facilitators

Simone Maus

Simone Maus (Zenergy Global) is an experienced facilitator, coach and facilitation skills trainer working in government, corporate business and community sectors. Simone is a training partner of Zenergy Global Australia, a leading organisation in facilitator training and collaborative meeting design for over 30 years. Simone has been with Zenergy Global Australia since 2013. Recently, Simone has worked as a technical facilitator on several corporate facilitation projects and designed and facilitated live online facilitation skills training programmes to university lecturers and professional facilitators all around the world. Since 2020, Simone has designed specifically Online Facilitation Skills Training Programmes including Hybrid Facilitation Training.

Laurel Freeland

Laurel Freeland is a social ecologist who joined Zenergy Global Australia as a facilitator and trainer in 2016 after using Zenergy materials in the corporate world for 25 years. She is experienced in sustainability leadership, deep ecology, climate and values education. She has worked cross sector in educating for sustainability in business, government and health sectors at diploma and post graduate level, and collaborated on numerable projects to research and develop resources materials for regenerative agriculture, health, regional food mapping and renewable energy. She is an experienced online leader.
